The rooms here are bright, extremely spacious, and offer a lovely mountain view, making you feel right at home, and the location is convenient being close to the bus station, restaurant.

Hotel was tidy, very friendly and competent staff.

Everything was perfect during 2 days, truly enjoyed its exceptionally nice location short walk to a restaurant Dwor Slebody and hiking trails and skiing resorts. Our double room was bright with an incredibly beautiful view on a valley. Private bathroom was big. All in all our stay was such wonderful, no reason to complain...

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and neat and has delightful views of Tatra mountains. The units are well-equipped and gorgeous. There is a great selection of facilities in the room like a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

We stayed just out of the centre, in a great location near Tatry national park, and close to the bus station. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the balcony. the breakfast was tasty and there were many restaurants nearby to choose from.

We had trouble with the water pressure in the bathroom which made it difficult to shower.

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was breathtaking and the interior of the hotel was tasteful. The dining room had an elegant atmosphere and the food was delicious. The spa was a nice bonus, especially after a trip to the nearby mountains.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was cold with no way to adjust the temperature. There were lots of wasps around, making it impossible to open the windows or sit on the balcony.

Nothing everything was great.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated near a church that rang its bells in the morning. the exceptional breakfast was one of the best things about this hotel, and the friendly staff always made an effort to make me feel at home. Best aspects: the view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful valley. the spacious rooms were soundproof, and I had the most relaxing time in the spa, which was clean and tidy.

Some guests overstayed their welcome in the spa section, not adhering to the time limit. finding a parking spot late at night was a struggle.

We stayed in a hotel just out of the center, which was a nice change from the noisy city. It was close to a great restaurant called Dwor Slebody, where we had some delicious meals. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service and were always ready to help. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly made coffees.

The hotel lacked a room cleaning service, so we had to ask for fresh towels and tea bags at the reception.
